We developed a high-end mailer for IHG’s Priority Club Rewards program members offering extra reward nights and discounts for redemption to show them just how important they are. The print piece included a YUPO opaque envelope, a custom die-cut envelopement which enclosed a foil embossed card alongside the offer. The piece was a very special thank you that was sure to be opened by the receiver.

5% of the targeted members took advantage of the offer, and member feedback was overwhelmingly positive. The mailer and follow-up email performed well above expectations, with a 28% open rate and 7% click-through rate, well above the average open rate of 20% and click-through rate of 3%.
